The National Club is a great addition to New Bedford! The vibes are as wonderful as the food and the service matches both! Maria, our server, made the experience perfect. She was very friendly and efficient. The ceviche is served in the cutest fish bowl I've ever seen and the cocktail menu is a 10/10. The interior is colorful and vibrant yet cozy and warm. Will definitely be back again soon!
Love the decor, it’s is very thoughtfully done and colorful and the food is incredible. The lobster tostada and corn flan is an absolute must try. Alec, our waiter, was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed right when we needed it. Even a laugh. Can’t wait to go back!
This is a great new spot in New Bedford with warm, vibrant colors and a cozy atmosphere. They make great margaritas! There were unfortunately a couple issues while I was there. However, the staff were extremely kind and made great efforts to correct the issues. In my opinion they went above and beyond. I left feeling very happy with everything. I'll be coming back!
Great new restaurant in New Bedford right across from the fast ferry dock downtown NB. Reasonable prices for a dressed up Mexican menu! My favorite is their Margaritas ! Beat the crowd for a Friday or Saturday and book open table a week ahead.
What a culinary experience! Everything was 10/10 let’s talk about… the nachos with chicken tinga, tostadas de langosta and the fajitas for two with shrimp and chicken—it was really, really good. The Paloma Jamaica 10/10. “Muerte lenta” 🤤

First time visiting National Club! Made reservations for this vibrant establishment. So glad we did! They were buzzing for a Thursday evening. Anyce was our server, she was so attentive and friendly, the atmosphere here was a bit loud so it made it hard to have an intimate conversation. Nevermind that!!!! The FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL!! We ordered the El Pastor margaritas. (I send Anyce back to ask how they got such a cohesive cilantro flavor into the Marg, she came back with insiders secrets)Oh my GOD! The flavors were bursting!!! Also got the Half roasted chicken and the Chicken Tacos😋😋 The yummiest juiciest chicken in New England!!
The renovations are beautiful but more important are the food and services. Amber gave excellent service and recommendations. Guacamole is a given with us but Amber's recommendations of Esquites, a corn dip, as a compliment, was spot on! Too many dishes to mention individually but all were great from the menu to the specials of which the picture is of, a tableside flaming surf and turf version of a fajita. Will definitely be back to try other menu offerings. Thank you Amber hope to see you again soon!
We loved all of our meals, tortilla soup, chk quesadillas and tacos! Very unique flavors and presented perfectly. And just want to add our server was the best, attentive and friendly and made great recommendations! We will be back and soon! And thank you! Kudos!
I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for great food and delicious drinks. The restaurant is quite large, uniquely designed with outdoor seating. Even in the winter time the outside section is fully enclosed and very warm with so many heaters that it gives full coverage to all seating. The food was amazing with everything I ordered tasting so great. And the cost was much lower than expected. Overall would recommend trying at least twice! *Side note: I would recommend making a reservation if you plan to come on the weekend. This place fills quick!*
